All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Locations
LuxNook ships to customers in many countries worldwide.
However, shipping availability may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination country. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
As an international dropshipping business, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners located in different countries.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Deliveries: 5–15 business days
- International Deliveries: 7–30 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier operations
- Seasonal demand
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available for eligible orders and will be clearly indicated on the website.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may originate from different suppliers or warehouses, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Please allow several days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or GST
- Other local government fees
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
LuxNook is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LuxNook is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.
While we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, LuxNook cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the procedures outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
